Eva Mendes (born in New York City) is an American model and actress. The talent she has displayed was noticed by an agent, who convinced her to pursue a career choice in the entertainment world. The university she attended dropped her after some thought to pursue an entertainment career. She was not happy with the performance she gave in the movie Children of the Corn V Fields of Terror. She put in a lot of effort to improve her acting skills and was in numerous low-budget films to prove her skills. This actor's path was not simple, but his determination and perseverance were recognized. Through the film Training Day she gained fame and got positive feedback. It was at this point that her acting career started to begin to take off. Her most well-known movies include 2 Fast 2 Fast and Furious Hitch Ghost Rider Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans and Holy Motors.
